A product is considered an effective solution only if it is of high quality and provides long-term customer satisfaction.
This means, for instance, that it is not enough to awaken enthusiasm for a product merely with gimmicks or an unusual design – in order to maintain enthusiasm, the functional design must not interfere with, but instead boost the product’s performance.
